Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Women’s Slippers unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. All other footwear categories (flats, brogues, loafers, espadrilles, heels, sandals, and trainers) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange (use our template below)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your return securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to our warehouse (you’ll receive the address in your approval email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after we receive it), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification when this occurs.

  • Refund method: Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
  • Exchanges: If you’re exchanging for a different size or color, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items
