We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50, with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want you to love your Espavibe shoes as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
  • For hygiene reasons, Women’s Slippers cannot be returned unless defective or damaged

All other footwear categories (flats, brogues, loafers, espadrilles, heels, sandals, and trainers) are eligible for returns.
